FCN01S is one of the latest "Memory Nanomaterials" technology applications launched by materials research team of KMD Plastifizierungstechnik GmbH. It is designed to compound a polymer-based nanomaterial with inorganic nanomaterials into a composite Nano-unit. The composite Nano-unit can maintain its original properties and change some mechanical properties of the processed polymer material after melting process, so as to the processed fibers can be bending in three dimensions.

Features of product:

*FCN01S is mainly suitable for PP materials with high viscosity;

*The fiber added with FCN01S Memory Nanomaterial can generate S-shaped three-dimensional bending, and the end products made of the three-dimensional bending fibers will show excellent performance in the following aspects: High-loft/fluffy, air permeability, heat insulation, sound insulation and noise reduction, filtration, dust holding capacity, etc;
